How do I dispute a transaction?
If you feel like you have a transaction on your card that needs disputed, please call us on 0800 0391 140 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm Excluding Bank holidays) or you can complete the Dispute Form and return to 92 Ann Street, Belfast BT1 3HH or email a scanned copy of the form to charge.back@aib.ie
